I've had a handful of downloads for this crazy alt-horror e-fanzine for awhile now. I recently tried the URL that is shown for the mag and nothing but a blank page with a few tiny Chinese characters show up. So, for the time being, I'll have to settle for the few issues that I have.
As mentioned AWESOME was an online only magazine in PDF format that was produced in the UK and edited by author Michelle Gent. Topics covered were indie movies, the paranormal, secret societies, fairies, celebs, a healthy helping of babes and blood, and a focus on the 2013 IMDB one-star rated mockumentary, EXORCIST CHRONICLES, directed by the paranormal/occult author Philip Gardiner. In fact, the magazine appears to be mostly a 123-page promotion of Gardiner's Reality Entertainment products.
And entertaining is what this was; an interesting melange of articles, interviews, pictorials and other material firmly rooted in the alt-horror and fashion culture. But, was it truly "awesome"? You tell me.
And, don't pass over one of the most strangest stories you'll ever read; a two-page article on the bizarre marketing idea of re-bottling and selling booze after its been poured over a well-endowed woman's breasts!
