Speaking of martians, this issue of CLASSICS ILLUSTRATED (#124, January 1955) adapts the first popularized "mars attacks" story, H.G. Wells' WAR OF THE WORLDS, complete with some dramatic art throughout by Lou Cameron (including a magnificent double-page center spread). The story is still spellbinding after all these years.
