This is the second of the 25-issue run of THE OCCULT FILES OF DR. SPEKTOR featuring Dr. Adam Spektor and his "secretary" and love interest, the half-Sioux, half Apache (historically, that's a stretch). She is dark-skinned again, but is colored with her skin lighter in future issues. The issue is presented here without ads. Also of note is that the cover price jumped from 15 cents to 20 cents.
