Holy Calendars, it's Batman Day! The Caped Crusader has been with us for 81 years and still is one of the most popular super heroes of all time. He's battled criminals, kooks and assorted monsters and still has managed to maintain his dignified alter-ego, Bruce Wayne.

To celebrate, here's the 1999 reprint edition of the Batman Annual that originally appeared in the summer of 1961. Filled cover to cover with stories that reveal many of Batman's secrets, the scripts were written by famed sci-fi writer Edmund Hamilton, Bill Finger and Dave Verb and artwork featuring the talents of Bob Kane, Sheldon Moldoff and Dick Sprang.

Now, folks, it's off to the Bat Cave for me! See ya' tomorrow!

(Continued tomorrow!)
