It is no coincidence that Jamie Lee Curtis was featured in the very first issue of Frederick C. Clarke's FEMME FATALES magazine (Summer 1992). Miss Curtis headlines the list of scream queens on the cover roll call, and rightly so; she is the epitome of the modern hapless teenager in distress in the slasher horror film genre that began 40 years ago.
