Another half-serious serving of monsters from the fickle folks at Charlton. Assembled by a ludicrously-named editorial lineup, the usual gags and guffaws accompany "filmbooks" of THE MUMMY'S CURSE and THE CAT CREEPS, a humorous look at a space shot, and the continuing "Shock Theater Movie Guide". Included is a history of the Frankenstein films by Don Sheppard (the only byline by a real person in the issue) and a bio of Bela Lugosi.

The most interesting piece is a feature on fan extraordinaire, Bob Burns and his home "Den of Horror". The article tells of his interest in monster makeup after reading about Jack Pierce's creation of the Frankenstein Monster and his many appearances on TV during the day, in costume as his favorite monsters.
