This nifty little booklet was a publication of the still-active British Fantasy Society in its early days. Editor Mike Chinn explains that MYSTIQUE, TALES OF WONDER, is "a homage to those earlier pulps of the 30s and 40s, when Fantasy and Science Fiction were in their infancy, and Adventure was the name of the game."
Forthwith, a nice collection of pulp-influenced stories, including a western, by authors Ramsay Campbell, Ardath Mayer, David Sutton and others, with illustrations by the great and ubiquitous Allen K. and more.
