This is the comic book adaptation of the film that was released by Allied Artists in November 1957. With a lackluster opening splash page, the artwork looks like it could have come right out of Disney. Also, the ending has been changed to avoid depicting Quasimodo laying down next to the corpse of Esmeralda to die as he did in the movie.
