One of numerous Casper clones, Spencer Spook was cut from a similar cloth--er, shroud. Spence originally appeared in GIGGLE COMICS from Creston Publications, an early imprint of the American Comics Group, aka ACG, owned by ex-con and pornographer Ben Sangor and his partner, Paul Sampliner.
This issue takes over from the previous 99 issues of GIGGLE COMICS and is repackaged as new. It's still good for a few yuks.
SPENCER SPOOK #100 (ACG, March-April 1955)

I have some Spencer Spook in reprint as well as Pat Boyette's attempt to revive the series. It's stashed away in my collection somewhere.
ReplyDeleteThere was also a Kickstarter campaign in 2018 to revive Spence and looks like at least one issue got published.
