Today, let's take a look at some of the human monsters who prowled the streets in the 1950's, looking for hapless victims or enacting revenge on those they believed betrayed or deceived them. Some of them, of course, just killed for pleasure.
Hitting the newsstands in December, 1954, FOTOCRIME was a digest-sized 'zine by Digest Publications, Inc., NYC and included stories accompanied by photographs to emphasize the heinous crimes . . . and to sell more copies.
