MONSTERS UNLEASHED! NO. 2 (PART 1)
MONSTERS UNLEASHED!
Vol. 1 No. 2
September 1973
Publisher: Stan Lee, Marvel Comics Group
Editor: Roy Thomas
Cover: Boris Vallejo
Pages: 76
A terrific issue starting with the moody cover art by Boris Vallejo illustrating the interior story, "Frankenstein 1973". The Marvel Monsterbus was firing on all cylinders here. Includes text articles on the Karloff'Frankenstein films by Martin "Marty" Pasko and a review of the then-recent book on the life and career of Boris Karloff by Tony Isabella. The stories and art are all top-notch. Even the reprint was pretty good!
