Sussex-born Jill Haworth, whose pert and sexy presence graced a handful of horror films, has died at age 65. To the world at large, she is best known for her roles in EXODUS and the original Broadway musical, CABARET, and for her romance to actor Sal Mineo, who became enamored of her when she was only 14. To us film genre fans, she was the cute little blonde who played in such B-Horror classics as THE MUTATIONS, HOUSE OF HORROR, IT!, and TOWER OF EVIL.
