CREEPY NO. 9 (PART 1)

Warren's "comics to give you the creeps" was still riding high with it's 9th issue. Still on board were EC alumni Roy Krenkel, Johnny Craig (aka Jay Taycee), Joe Orlando and Reed Crandall. The Creepy Fan Club page has a career profile of Alex Toth and a nice piece of (at the time) fan art by a young Bernie Wrightson.

NOTE: Adds removed from this scan.

  1. I've been gathering up those Dark Horse reprints for some time now and I am eager to tear into them, but other stuff is in front right now. Great stuff!

  2. Dark Horse did a great job re-mastering the Warren 'zines. It's like 4k for comics. They are a quality publisher.
