Harvey Comics was still in the monster business as late as 1981 with this digest-sized book of collected stories from their 1950's titles, BLACK CAT, ALARMING TALES, RACE FOR THE MOON and MAN IN BLACK. The cover was by Ernie Colón with the (possible) help of Bob Powell and Jack Kirby. Art is by Kirby, Powell, Howard Nostrand, Joe Simon, Marvin Stein and Joe Certa. Not necessarily shocking nor alarming, the tales are still entertaining.
