Publisher Sal Quartuccio lassoed a stable of top shelf artists and writers, such as Rich Corben, Gray Morrow, Neal Adams and Ernie Colon, and produced the second issue of this illustrated comic magazine that, in my opinion, rivaled HEAVY METAL.
