Covering all things Hammer, HoH was about a 50/50 mix of text and comics. This issue features illustrated adaptations of HORROR OF DRACULA (drawn by Paul Neary), CAPT. KRONOS, VAMPIRE HUNTER and the first installment of the series, "Van Helsing's Terror Tales". Accompanying the Dracula story is a bio and filmography of the film's star, Christopher Lee. Barry Pattison, author of the great 1975 book, "The Seal of Dracula", covers "Horror Around the World", and John Brosnan offers the first in a series of articles about makeup and special effects, "Effectively Speaking". Also included is an article about the vampire in film. An excellent start to a great run of issues!
