Right on the heels of the 50th anniversary of Warren's VAMPIRELLA, Warrant Publishing, the folks who have given us 20-plus issues of the CREEPY clone, THE CREEPS, has announced that they will be doing to same for the lady vampire from Drakulon. The character is the "Vampiress Carmilla" and by all accounts, she is a Vampi clone. With the same look and the same Frazetta-esque illustrations to herald her arrival, the cover image is by venerable fantasy artist, Ken Kelly.
Advanced orders are being solicited HERE. With the first issue not due out until November 30th of this year, I think I'll wait a few months before I go all in. Nevertheless, I am eagerly awaiting what Warrant has up their cape for this new entry into their horror comic line.
