Jay Lynch is a noted artist in the world of underground comics. But before he turned his pencil into creating characters NARD 'N PAT and working for BIJOU FUNNIES, Lynch cranked out hundreds of trading card illustration for Topps. These are examples of his original art for the popular Wacky Packages and Garbage Pail Kids card series.

Jay Lynch - Wacky Packages Poster Illustration Original Art (Topps, 2002). Underground Comix legend Jay Lynch (Bijou Funnies, Nard 'n Pat) began working for innovative bubble gum/baseball card company Topps in the late 1960s. During this time, he designed hundreds of these satirical trading cards/stickers for the company. Here's an eye-popping illustration featuring many of his creations, beautifully rendered in ink and gouache on heavy board, with an approximate image size of 26.75" x 18.75". The detail is simply amazing! If you loved those crazy product stickers, you must have this! Minor handling wear in the outer margins; overall Excellent condition.
