While looking at the cover preview for the upcoming 17th issue of THE CREEPS, something struck me about the image. I immediately recalled it being used years ago on another cover.
At first, I remember it being on the cover of an issue of Alan Hewetson's PSYCHO. Then, it dawned on me... and you see the results below -- a provocative illustration of the mad doctor and a beautiful lady in peril by Ken Kelly.
