This is the last issue of MONSTERS UNLIMITED, the series of photo-captioned monster joke magazines from Marvel that began with MONSTERS TO LAUGH WITH in 1964. By this point, the gags were getting well-worn and I think Stan Lee recognized that they had out-lived their novelty. Us Monster Kids just got 'em for the pictures anyway!
