Little Dracula continues his quest to find the vampire hunter who staked his parents. The only way they can be brought back to "un-life" is for the vampire hunter himself to remove the stakes. Little Drac makes his way to Paris in search of his elusive foe. Along the way he meets up with the Phantom of the Opera . . .
