WULF THE BARBARIAN

Let's kick things off with the first issue of Atlas Seaboard's WULF THE BARBARIAN. Atlas was formed by ex-Marvel publisher, Martin Goodman. The line was promising but just couldn't compete with the juggernauts Marvel and DC. As a result, each one of the characters they introduced only lasted for a few issues and then were cut because of poor sales.

WULF THE BARBARIAN was the second of two Sword and Sorcery characters they introduced in 1975. In this issue, Wulf is out for revenge for an evil troll who murdered his parents. The story is written and penciled by Larry Hama and inks are by Klaus Jansen.

  1. I still remember reading this at my Aunt's house. I bought it in the same batch of comics which introduced me to E-Man. Awesome comic!
