Delaware was just one state that extended its public service to a post-atomic bombing campaign of information. Being close to the high-value target of D.C., it's no wonder that they distributed this 8-page pamphlet on what to do if "the big one" drops. Some of the suggestive protective measures are pretty lame, if not pathetic and only added to the fear and paranoia of Cold War fever.
