the Frankenstein and Creature look a lot like the Savage Eye masks of 1980... almost looks like same sculpt
I'm no expert, but I agree that they do look familiar and wouldn't be surprised if they were. Could be they're just re-introducing them after a long hiatus or somebody bought the molds.
