This issue features the two-part comic adaptation of Hammer's THE CURSE OF THE WEREWOLF with a script by Steve Moore and art by John Bolton. Film articles include THE SENTINEL, CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND, SATAN'S SLAVE and the horror films of 1932 by Denis Gifford.
This is some of the best John Bolton artwork I've ever seen. Fantastic stuff! Can't wait until part two.
ReplyDeleteIt is fantastic! I'm embarrassed to admit I don't know more of his work. Just excellent!
DeleteRip: He is exceptional in these Hammer adaptations. His inks are just stupendous.
ReplyDeleteRick: I first became of aware of his work on the adaption of The Monster Club in the Halls of Horror mag, which I'll get to down the road.
