This western title features Jonah Hex, created by John Albano and Tony DeZuniga, who was introduced in ALL-STAR WESTERN #10 (February/March 1972). Two issues later, ALL-STAR was re-titled WEIRD WESTERN TALES. A western anthology, it continued to included Hex stories, as well as others starring characters such as Bat Lash and El Diablo, and Pow-Wow Smith.
