While the previous issue appears to be a holdover from the original title of this series, THE SINISTER HOUSE OF SECRET LOVE, this issue transforms itself into another one of DC's horror-mystery anthology comics. The page count was dropped from 52 to 36 and the cover price reduced from 25 cents to 20 cents. With a frontispiece starring sinister stalwarts Cain and Abel, the duo's cousin, Eve introduces each story scripted by solid DC writers and illustrated by a pair of their very competent Filipino artists and DC mystery-horror specialist, Bill Draut.
