TOPSTONE "TWO-IN-ONE" TUESDAY

One of the lines that TOPSTONE RUBBER TOYS CO., INC. introduced in their 1960 catalogue was a selection that they marketed as "two in one" masks. The half-human/half-animal over-the-head masks included "Wolf" and "Bull Dog".

One of the masks -- "Jeckyl" and Hyde -- appeared regularly for sale in the pages of FAMOUS MONSTERS OF FILMLAND.

"Kitten" was one of the few female masks, and for that reason may be harder to find for TOPSTONE collectors today. I don't believe this mask ever made it to the mail order pages of any monster magazine, but it is nevertheless a fine addition to the Keith Ward legendary line of Halloween masks. The beautiful example shown below is from an eBay auction. The asking price was reasonable $225.
